Hi, I’m Daniela — a proud Colombian, founder of Kindara Care, childcare professional, and passionate believer in the power of meaningful connections.

My childcare journey began when I came to the United States as an au pair. Living in four different states allowed me to experience diverse cultures, build lasting relationships with families, and discover a passion that would shape my future.

As a bilingual caregiver fluent in English and Spanish, I have spent years caring for children from infancy through the teenage years. Through those experiences, I learned that exceptional childcare is about much more than routines — it is about trust, consistency, and creating an environment where children thrive and families feel supported.

That understanding inspired me to create Kindara Care. Our mission is to connect families with exceptional caregivers while building relationships rooted in trust, compatibility, and genuine care.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management and an MBA earned in the United States. Above all, I believe that great childcare begins with meaningful relationships, and that belief continues to guide everything we do at Kindara Care.

I am Guatemalan and deeply shaped by a culture rooted in community, care, and human connection. This is the foundation of how I approach my work, especially in the relationships that shape a child’s daily life.

I created Kindara Care to make childcare matching more intentional and thoughtful, with care for both the child and the caregiver in every placement. I help families find caregivers they can trust, so they can feel peace of mind knowing their children are safe, supported, and seen.

I bring over a decade of experience working with children from newborns to teenagers as both a caregiver and tutor, guided by a belief that children thrive when they feel emotionally safe, valued, and truly seen.

My commitment to community also extends beyond childcare. Through my work in the public sector, I have focused on serving others and supporting community wellbeing, which continues to shape my approach to care, responsibility, and leadership.

Before founding Kindara Care, my co-founder Dani and I supported families in connecting with trusted caregivers through our personal networks. Over time, we saw how powerful the right match could be. Many of the families we worked with continue those same caregiver relationships today, reinforcing our belief that thoughtful, intentional matching creates lasting impact.

I founded Kindara Care because I saw how overwhelming and stressful it can be for families to find someone they can truly trust, and how often caregivers are undervalued or not fully supported in their work. Kindara Care was created to offer a more intentional, relationship-centered approach that supports both families and caregivers equally.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: children deserve to feel safe, supported, and like they belong, and families deserve peace of mind knowing their child is in caring and capable hands.
